Overview

TeamFlow is a team collaboration platform designed to help teams organize their work, track progress, and stay aligned. It brings tasks, timelines, and team activity into one space, making it easier for teams to manage projects without switching between multiple tools.

The goal

The goal was to design an experience that helps teams stay organized and in sync without feeling overwhelmed.
I wanted users to easily understand what needs to be done, who is responsible, and how work is progressing at any point in time.

Design approach

I approached the design by focusing on clarity and flow across the entire experience.

I paid close attention to how users move between different parts of the product, making sure transitions feel natural and nothing feels disconnected. The aim was to reduce friction and help teams stay focused on their work.

Visual direction

The visual direction is clean and functional, with emphasis on readability and structure.

The interface was designed to feel calm and organized, so teams can quickly understand what’s happening without distraction.

Outcome

The final design creates a more structured and easy to navigate collaboration experience.
It helps teams manage their work more efficiently, stay aligned, and keep track of progress without confusion.
